For aesthetics, Every home has a standard of wood plank tile floors in the main areas and carpet in the bedrooms, stone counters, stainless steel appliances, tile back splash, tile shower and tub surrounds, cabinetry in the laundry room, can lighting and ceiling fans and a 4 car garage.
